1. How much do therapy sessions cost?

Session costs vary based on the type of therapy and the therapist’s credentials:

• With a Pre-Licensed Therapist: $100 – $175 per session

• With a Licensed Therapist: $210 – $250 per session

Rates depend on whether the session is for individuals, couples, or families.

We are considered an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not accept insurance directly. However, if you have a PPO plan with out-of-pocket benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your provider about out-of-network coverage.

This has worked well for many clients, making therapy more accessible.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes for individual, couples and family therapy.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a full session fee.
