Why Spiral Up Therapy?

Life is full of spirals – twists and turns that can either lead us up or down. It’s easy to get stuck in negative spirals, such as anxiety or depression. Instead of going down with the spiral, or sometimes avoiding the spiral, let’s try using these spirals to rise up.
